Speed, Strength & Conditioning — "Preseason Tune-up"

  • improve overall body conditioning and performance specific to demands of athletic competition

This program is designed to give area athletes a competitive edge by educating and preparing them for the upcoming sports season. The conditioning camp aims to prevent injuries and enhance athletic performance by increasing muscle recruitment, balance, speed, agility and quickness in sports-specific experiences.

Anthony and Megan Todt, the directors of this camp, are both licensed physical therapists with extensive experience in prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries. By understanding how the body works and all the intricate complexities of body movement, these instructors have designed the program to meet the needs all athletes. Each session will focus on drills and techniques that will enhance your first-step quickness, linear acceleration and deceleration, vertical jumping and landing, just to name a few.
