Take 95N to Rt. 195E (Cape Cod). Take Exit 2. Take left off ramp. Go 3 or 4 stop lights and take a left onto Hope Street. Stay on Hope Street, going by Wheeler School and Brown U. Take a right onto Alumni Avenue (opposite a big building, like a school, on left). Go to end of Alumni and take a right onto MB campus. Field house is on right (concrete Quonset Hut).

FOR CROSS COUNTRY- ROGER WILLIAMS PARK
Take Rt. 95 N to the Elmwood Ave. exit. Take a left onto Elmwood (N). Go through one set of lights and the Park is on the right after the lights. Look for signs.
or Take Exit 3 off Rt. 195 (Gano Street) and take a right. Go through 1 flashing light and 3 traffic lights to stop sign (corner of Tabor and Lloyd). Take a left and go up hill to Hope Street. Take right onto Hope St. Take a right onto Alumni Ave. and follow directions above.

FOR SWIMMING—Brown University Smith Swin Center
Take 95N to Rt. 195E. Take Exit 2 (Wickenden Street). Take left. Go under bridge. Go 3-4 streets. Take left onto Hope Street. Continue thru 2 traffic light and go by Wheel School on the left. About a block past Wheeler School, take a right onto Lloyd Street. The Smith Swim Center is right there.

Providence College Pool
Take I-95 north to Rhode Island Exit 23 (State Offices). Bear right on to Orms Street. Proceed .3 miles along Orms Street to the second traffic light at the intersection with Smith Street (Rt. 44). Turn right on to Smith Street and proceed for 1 mile to the third light at the intersection of River Avenue. Turn right on to River Avenue and proceed .2 miles to the light at the intersection of Eaton Street. The gate to the Campus will be on the right.

FOR GIRLS LACROSSE—Milot Field, Rehoboth, MA:
From I-195 heading East: Take Exit 6 (Broadway) in East Providence. At bottom of ramp take a left onto Warren Ave. Travel approx. 1/2 mile to a light. Take a left onto Pawtucket Ave at the CVS. Travel approx. 1 mile to the third light (Hollywood Video on the left). Take a right onto Rt 44 East. Follow Rt 44 to Rehobeth. Go 1.2 miles past "Rehobeth Town Line" sign. Just past the batting cages, at Winthrop Commons, turn left onto River St. Fields are approx. 1/2 mile up on the left. Parking is beyond the fields on the left; do not block the road or private driveways.
From I-195 heading West: Take Exit 1 in Massachussetts. At the top of the ramp take a right onto Fall River Ave, proceed past Showcase Cinema. Travel approx. 1 mile through lights to fork in the road at the Grist Mill Pond; bear right onto Arcade Ave. At next light, Rt 44, take a right. Follow directions above.
