Connecticut State Sailing Champs!

Coach Clemmie Everett reports, "For the second year in a row, the Williams varsity sailing team has won the Connecticut State Sailing Championship. Dan Nickerson ’11 [above left] and Ben Gibson ’11 [above middle] won five of the eight races in B divison and finished with 13 points for the day and Nate Fast ’09 [above right] and Ali Zablocki ’08 [not pictured] were also outstanding in A division."

The Connecticut State High School sailing championships were held Sunday, May 4 at the US Coast Guard Academy. Spectators enjoyed a great view from the Coast Guard boathouse.
