Welcome to The Williams School Parent Page. Below are a variety of important documents for the 2017 - 2018 Registration process. If you are looking to access your child's grades, please email Joann Harper, Registrar.

In early July we will be opening our new Parent Portal access, known as myW. You will have to log in with your email of record (the one you use to receive email from The Williams School) as your userid. Dear Williams School Parents,

I hope you are all enjoying a restful and relaxing start to the summer. In preparation for the opening of the 2017-2018 academic year at Williams, I have provided you with a link to the comprehensive schedule of dates and activities. Also listed below are links to documents many of which need to be completed and returned to Williams by August 1, 2017. Completing these forms and meeting the deadline will ensure a smooth registration process for students.

In early July, Macy Kleinfelder, Dean of Student Affairs, will be emailing you on how to access a list of courses for which your child has registered. Summer work for students and the book list are available on the Williams website under Academics. If you have questions about either summer work or the book list, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate department chair. In an effort to provide greater flexibility and cost savings to families, students can purchase books for those courses and courses for which there is summer reading through whatever method they choose. Amazon, Abe Books, and half.com are all reliable, user-friendly sources for books. Books for Middle School courses with the exceptions of summer reading, English course books, language workbooks, and digital subscriptions will be provided for students.*

Also in early July, Robin Cook, Director of Information Services will be emailing you with directions to access our new parent portal, myW so you can complete our registration process and find additional details about important school events. If you are having difficulty logging into myW, please contact Robin Cook, Director of Information Services.
