Upper School students are required to complete two (2) co-curricular credits each school year. One (1) credit must be earned by participating in a School activity for a season/duration of Arts production.
Middle School students are required to complete one (1) co-curricular credit each school year, and this must be earned by participating in a School activity for a season/duration of Arts production.
Students can earn one (1) co-curricular credit by participating in the following:
- a season (fall, winter, spring) of an interscholastic sports or Fitness Center
- full year enrollment in a Williams Dance class (Upper School only)
- Middle School Play, Fall Play, or Spring Musical
For Upper School students, one (1) co-curricular credit may be earned through an independent activity (e.g. non-School sports team, horseback riding, gymnastics, dance team, instrumental lessons or performance group, etc.). Students who wish to fulfill a credit with an outside activity must submit a form to the Athletic Department at the start of the season.
Credit for Compchorea requires prior approval from Athletic or Arts Department. Other student leadership opportunities connected with the School may be considered for approval as well (e.g. Media Team, Yearbook Editor, Teacher Assistant for club or production).
Questions should be directed to the Athletic Department, Arts Department, or Dean of Student Affairs.
