Math & Language Questionnaires & Placement Testing

Math & Language Questionnaires are in each student’s enrollment packet. Please have current teachers complete and submit to Williams at your earliest convenience. Parents will then be contacted to schedule appropriate Placement Testing beginning in June. (Placement Testing is required for all Upper School students and selected Middle School students.)

Connect with new and current students and families gain information on Williams’ learning management system (myW), course Selection process, and extracurricular offerings for 2023-2024.

Final Transcripts and Health Records

Due at the end of the current school year and no later than July 1st.

The Request for Final Transcript & Health Records form is included in each student’s enrollment packet and should be submitted to your current Guidance Office by the end of the current school year.
