Boys 2nd. Girls 1st

The Williams School traveled to Bloomfield, CT today to compete in the 5K Watkinson School Cross Country Invitational hosted at Auer Farm. Participating teams included: The Forman School, University High School, the Watkinson School, and the Williams School.
 
The Williams School Varsity Boy's team placed 2nd with a total score of 49 points. Scoring for the boys' team: Hartmut Doerwaldt, '21, earned 2nd place with a time of 18:37, Philip Knowlton, '22, earned 3rd place with a time of 18:54, Hunter Dolphin, '20, earned 10th place with a time of 21:25, Colin Ladd, '19, earned 13th place with a time of 21:51, and Jasper Wright, '22, earned 21st place with a time of 24:31.
 
The Williams School Varsity Girls' team placed 1st with a total score of 21 points. Scoring for the girls' team: Mary Madaus, '21, earned 1st palce with a time of 21:44, Grace Cassineri, '22, earned 4th place with a time of 24:34, Katie Burzin, '20, earned 9th place with a time of 27:20, Anna Terry, '21, earned 11th place with a time of 28:38, Vasishnavi Ladd, '21, earned 12th place with a time of 29:15, and Samantha Karlson, '21, earned 13th place with a time of 29:18.
