Day of Self Care Reflections

On January 4th, Mrs. LaCour organized a Day of Self Care for students in the Learning Commons Conference Room, providing comfortable seating, soothing music, puzzles, coloring pages, blank journals, board games, tea, and snacks.
Designed to remind students and faculty alike that emotional, physical, and mental self care is important, Mrs. LaCour encouraged anyone seeking a chance to unwind and reflect for a moment to drop in.
"I liked it because the week itself was stressful, so it was nice to get out of class for a few minutes and calm down and socialize and not be worried about grades," Katelyn Harvey '24 shared.
