The Williams Girls Varsity was held to a 4-4 draw at Wooster School in Danbury. The Blues took a 3-2 lead in the first half with Marlee Anselmi (Sophomore) scoring two and Lucy Fader (Senior). Wooster tied the game in the second half off a penalty. With 5 minutes left to play, Wooster scored a go ahead goal. The Blues were determined from kickoff and a Marlee Anselmi run resulted in a penalty for Williams. The Sophomore converted her spot kick with less than a minute left to tie the game. Skylar Frost (Junior) had three assists and both Alex Leake (Sophomore) and Katelyn Harvey (Junior) played excellent defense. The Blues are looking forward a home game at 11 am on Saturday against Christian Heritage.
